    Hey Mike, I have started to use lease options as a way to buy and then resell property. Right now the sellers will take any kind of deal. I just did a deal where the original owner is making $450 a month payment towards the debt on the proeprty each month. Which means I get a $285 positive cashflow from renting the property out to someone who is not yet ready to buy. I love it.
